Abstract

In the age of global communications, countries aimed at civilized development are aiming at the formation of a rule of law. The rule of law is a state in which the rule of law is ensured in all its spheres. The rule of law is based on several principles in the formation and development of the state. One of the most important principles of the rule of law is the principle of legal security. The objectives of the principle of legal security are: guarantees of protection of citizens before the law, stability and predictability of legal norms, as well as unjustified interference by the state in freedoms and rights. The importance of legal security in building a rule of law: increasing the legal confidence of citizens, ensuring the rule of law, increasing the Justice of the judiciary and forming a legal culture. Without the principle of legal security, the rule of law cannot fully develop.

In addition, the article discusses how the values of legal security are formed in the Central Asian Turkic-speaking republics. In this context, legal security services in the region are considered. The article provides a comparative analysis of the activities of the Constitutional Court, which exercises constitutional control over the development of legal security in these countries.
