The final issue of the journal for 2025 is devoted to pressing issues of public administration, economics, and international relations in the context of global transformations. The studies presented address problems of institutional trust, the effectiveness of the civil service, communication of public authorities, as well as the introduction of digital and intelligent technologies into the public administration system.
Considerable attention is paid to economic aspects of development, including structural transformations, digitalization of public administration, financing of public–private partnership projects, social mobility, and sustainable resource management.
