Abstract

The article is devoted to the development and improvement of the state language as a factor of statehood and deep understanding of the national ideas, patriotism, personal career growth. According to the analysis of the bases of language policy and the statistical data of the language situation in Kazakhstan now the casual relationship of language preparation and planning are actualizing.
