The content and direction of motivation is of decisive importance in relation to the effectiveness of professional activity, and also plays an important role in enhancing the career development of civil servants.
If an employee is focused only on working conditions, and is not interested in the production process, most likely, will not have high performance and efficiency indicators. Conversely, if an expert strives to perform his duties qualitatively, receiving appropriate moral and psychological satisfaction from the performed activity will have greater effectiveness.
Therefore, the problem of motivating the work of employees is quite topical, since it determines the content of professional activity and the direction of career growth.
In the article results of researches of interrelations of factors and kinds of motivation are resulted with career orientations of the civil servants, for the first time entered on public service.
