Abstract

Text is devoted to the analysis of Instruments of deputy control activity of government. According to author, key role is the interpellation procedures, which have legal backing. They are represented the system of instruments of interpellation of various meaning and method of application. The analysis of essence is implemented and defined interdependence each of them. In article the practice of application is appealed. The logic of thesis in the given context is: thanks for interpolation procedure deputies of Seim of the Republic of Poland got the real opportunity to familiarize with and analyze facts, events and processes regarding to government activity sphere.
