Project approach in digital governanc

Abstract

The article is devoted to the implementation of project management in digital public administration system in Singapore and Dubai. The author analyzes the results which identified key issues in planning and implementation of IT projects and suggested ways of solving them using the tools of project management. Approaches and solutions proposed in this article are based, on the one hand, on following the basic provisions of the traditional project management methodology, and on the other on practical experience of participation in project activities of state bodies.
