Abstract

Modern problems in the formation of the basic definitions concepts and categorical apparatus within the scope of service by public and municipal authorities. Proved erroneous use of the concepts of «public service» in the domestic legal framework. Justified the controversial definition of «administrative services» branch of government. T he necessity of using the term «public administration services» as a unifying category of public services in the theory and practice of modern public administration science.
