The deposition of testimony by the investigative judge

Abstract

Criminal procedure legislation of Kazakhstan with the acception of new criminal procedure law egressed to a new level, notably the control has been strengthened by court for honoring human rights. Criminal procedure legislation of Kazakhstan with every pace disengages from old soviet system by accomplishing rules of law, which regulates criminal procedure relationship. This article scrutinizes issues of deposition testimony of the victim, deponent, appeal, protestation, the rejection of court to hold this kind of procedural action. Moreover, the author analyses live issues of how procedures for the investigative judge are held in questioning the victim, witness, there is a proposal to concretize standards of the structure and the content of petition for deposition testimony.
