KPI is a powerful tool in the management system used to improve the alignment of strategy goals and improve communication by finding a common language between employees and managers, which ultimately leads to improved organizational performance. The achievement of these goals is tracked using KPIs, which are essentially a tool to align employee performance directly with the organization's strategy. The key performance indicator in the article changes as an indicator of activity, realized on the one hand by efficiency, and on the other hand by efficiency. If there is a suitable efficiency, it is possible to determine any gross indicators that require consumption. Under the efficiency-relative indicators, in which the result will always be correlated with the costs of a particular resource.
