Civil servants, for the first time the public service need to be accompanied, which would allow them to effectively master the goals and objectives of public service, to accept the norms and rules of conduct in the public service, to reach a state of social and psychological adaptation . From these conditions depends on the professionalism of civil servants and the quality of their provision of public services Therefore it is sufficient relevant is the study of formation of indicators of corporate culture of civil servants and the effect of these parameters on the efficiency of their professional activities The article presents the results of the study of indicators of corporate culture (motivation of professional work, loyalty to the organization, the attractiveness of the organization’s culture) for civil servants, first adopted in the public service
