New technologies and especially artificial intelligence are rapidly entering all spheres of public life. The intensification of human use of artificial intelligence raises many adequate questions, for example, with regard to the control of such processes, and the benefits and possible risks of their use.
Kazakhstan is currently not a producer of technological content, but it is an active and relatively advanced consumer. Accordingly, the development of artificial intelligence is directly related to the development and diversification of the domestic economy, the development of science and new technologies, as well as technological sovereignty. Therefore, the issue of the spread and use of artificial intelligence in Kazakhstan requires constant, comprehensive, and very careful study by the scientific community.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the development and current status of high technologies, and artificial intelligence on a global and national scale, to identify problems and prospects for using artificial intelligence in education and scientific research.
