Abstract

At present, due to the sharp aggravation of international relations, project management can be considered as one of the tools to ease tensions between countries and develop cooperation. The approach of project management is large-scale, and has a significant impact on the achievement of goals, the application of which is provided for in interstate and international public programs and projects.

One of the reasons for the scale and assertiveness of this approach is the bold and reliable use of modern methods and information technologies. Time shows that the use of modern mechanisms in the implementation of projects in any direction maximizes the likelihood of its success. In particular, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things and big data technologies give a great impetus to the project management paradigm. Special spreadsheets, databases, web programming allow you to take into account the risks that currently carry the successful completion of any project.

The purpose of the article is to describe the development of project management approaches at the international level and the principles of risk management arising during the implementation of projects based on modern technologies.
