Functional-system approach to improve the efficiency of public administration

Abstract

The problem of ensuring the effectiveness of public administration is the absence of constructive models of functional and systemic activities and interaction of key subjects of the country. Typical examples of public administration related to solving problems of social development are considered as research materials. The method of ascent from the abstract to the concrete, the speculative language of symbolic images and a holistic functional and systematic approach to the analysis of samples of public administration are used. Concepts have been updated, constructive models of effective public administration of the country, professional formation and implementation of the social order have been built. The tasks of further research are set. The results of the study were discussed and approved by the participants of the II Eurasian Analytical Forum in Moscow in 2021.
