The article shows the effectiveness of the program «Developing critical thinking skills through reading and writing» as one of the new learning technologies in the professional increasing qualification of state employees.
The author has shared with own experience of working in this direction, revealed the contents of the training strategy in the formation of state employees in professional skills, social responsibility, originality of thought, high activity, responding to the fluid demands of society, gave examples from the learning process.
