Issues of Improving the Conceptual and Categorical Apparatus in the System of Ukraine Information Security

Abstract

In the article precised the status and content of the concepts of “information security”, “information security system”, “system ensuring the information security” and “mechanisms ensuring of information security” in relation to the theory of public administration. The author defined the correlation and hierarchy of the concepts of “information security - information security system - system ensuring the information security - mechanism of information security”, which should be the primary functional and structural factors in the formation of the hierarchy: «The doctrine of information security - Information Security Strategy - targeted state programs» and, accordingly, to determine the content, purpose and an orientation of the specified documents.
