Abstract

Openness, accessibility and transparency of the activities of state bodies against the backdrop of an intensive upgrade of information and communication technologies, which provide broad opportunities for close interaction between the population and the authorities, acquire a new meaning. An original response to the growing role of the Internet sites was the creation of an absolutely new feedback mechanism, "Open government", in which the interaction model proceeds according to the principles of "state bodies - society" and "society - state bodies".
The article proposes to consider Kazakhstan's experience in the implementation and operation of the "Open Government" on the platform egov.kz. Based on the received statistical and monitoring data, a number of trends are identified, the elimination of which will allow us to move to a new stage of expanding the user audience and its activity on the platform of the "Open Government".
