Mechanisms of de-bureaucratization of the system of public administration

The article examines the historical and theoretical significance of bureaucracy and its specifics in the system of public administration. In the conditions of a market economy, where the pros and cons of bureaucracy are considered, the necessity of developing technologies for de-bureaucratization of public administration is justified, allowing to reduce bureaucratic costs in the public administration system and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the activities of local governments. The current trends of bureaucracy are revealed, and ways to minimize the negative consequences of bureaucracy are identified. The materials of the final analysis of the work of focus groups at the republican level in the Aktobe region are presented. As a result, based on the results of a specially designed questionnaire survey, specific questions and suggestions for its solution were identified.
