Abstract

The article proposed and studied an independent hypothesis of the author. In accordance with this hypothesis, the «color revolutions», is widely known for the events of the «Arab spring» in the countries of the former Soviet Union, can be prevented with the help of advanced internal state sovereignty. The source of empirical material served as the two speeches of the President of the Republic Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev.In the first public act sets out the responses to the terrorist events in Aktobe in June 2016.The second message in January of 2017 announces a fundamental modernization of the constitutional system of Kazakhstan. Comparing these events with a scientific approach to the «color revolutions» and the phenomenon of flexible sovereignty, the author demonstrates theoretically  and practically-significant relationship between these phenomena.
