Inclusion in the system of public administration

The change of the vector in the system of public administration caused by the crisis of the global system of social development is substantiated. The author characterizes the reasons for the low efficiency of processes and models of economic development of a global nature and justifies the request for an inclusive approach and the search for a model of the economic mechanism in public administration systems. An inclusive model of social development research is proposed, the basic basis of which is the inclusion of economic growth, quality of life, justice, and cultural characteristics. The role of the state in finding a balance between the demands of society, the capabilities of the state, and the potential of business is shown.
