Today, the growth rate of scientific and technological development is so high that the relevance of the development of education remains at the leading level, since the main source of achievements is a person with his own intellect and aspiration. The progress in technology, science and humanities is truly impressive and motivating.
The article presents the results of a study conducted with the aim of revealing the problems of providing technical and vocational education organizations (hereinafter referred to as TVET) with teaching staff and the quality of education. Problems that arise during the implementation of these directions are identified. The qualitative and quantitative composition of teachers and masters of industrial training and the existing professional deficits in the professional pedagogical sphere have been determined. The results of the study will allow us to develop the most important directions for improving the process of staffing and improving the quality of education in TVE organizations.
