Abstract

An important component of the system of international relations is the issue of water resource allocation. UN forecasts indicate that soon there may be a serious shortage of fresh water on earth. If the main problem before that was the growing shortage of hydrocarbons, then the main problem of the 21st century, scientists predict an acute shortage of water resources. One of the most important elements of maintaining political stability and economic growth in many countries and individual regions is the availability of water resources. Access to clean drinking water is difficult due to the problem of water pollution and its increasing use.
