Public Administration and Civil Service is a peer-reviewed open-access journal published four times a year. The Journal provides an advanced forum on all aspects of public administration and civil service. We aim to encourage researchers, employees of state bodies and foreign experts to publish their original research to promote the quality of training of civil servants and create a forum for information exchange.
Manuscripts are double-blind peer reviewed. Publication is free of charge for all authors. Accepted articles are made freely available to readers on the Journal’s website. The journal is indexed in the Kazakhstan citation database of JSC "NCSTE". The Journal publishes articles in English, Kazakh and Russian. Submitted papers should use APA Format (7th ed).

Scope
The journal covers public administration and civil service, international relations, and economics.
