For authors



1. Only original articles not published before in other editions are subject to publication.

2. Each article passes peer review in the manner specified by these Regulations.

3. Articles accepted for consideration if they meet the requirements / guidelines posted on the Internet site of the Academy and published in each issue of the Journal.

4. Manuscripts that do not meet the requirements laid down in this Regulation are not registered and are not allowed for further consideration, with notification of their authors.


The grounds for refusal motivated to publish articles include:
- Mismatch material presented topics Journal;
- Failed requirements for materials submitted for publication;
- A negative review of the submitted material;
- Identification of plagiarism or other forms of ill-borrowing;
- Failure of the author of the material existing legislation on copyright and related rights;
- Refusal of finalizing the text in accordance with the reviewers' comments, etc.


In the Journal there cannot be published:

- Copyrighted material previously published in other publications;

- Articles that do not contain new information, compared with previously published results, or contain factual, historical or other errors that cannot be corrected, as well as articles containing results and conjectures are directly contrary to established scientific facts;

- Literary, artistic and journalistic works of any content, including - on a scientific topic;
- Materials that contain insults, slander or false information with respect to individuals and legal entities.




5.  Accepted for consideration papers presenting the results of the original author's research laid the scientific style, relevant scientific, thematic issues of the Journal and inscribed in the context of contemporary national and international research on this topic.

6.  Scientific articles and reviews, coming to the editor should not be published or intended for publication elsewhere.


7. Article should meet the following criteria:


1)    The relevance of the work and compliance with the priority research areas of the Journal (the importance of the applicability of ideas, methods and techniques described in this article)

2) scientific novelty (originality of ideas, solving the tasks of the study);
3) structuring (consistency, consistency, coherence, presentation);
4) the importance of basic research results (presentation of the results, the theoretical and practical significance of the findings of scientific and practical significance);
5) the level of literary manuscripts (communicative value, matching the scientific style, linguistic and stylistic norms);
6) the quality of clearance: meets editorial use terminological vocabulary, keywords, annotations in the presence of three (Kazakh, Russian, English) languages​​, bibliography;
7) compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the protection of intellectual property.


8. The article should be addressed:
- Statement of the problem in general and its relationship to important scientific and practical tasks;
- Analysis of recent research and publications that have begun to solve the problem and which the author refers, the selection of outstanding parts of the general problem, which the article mentioned;
- Formation of the purposes of Article (problem);
- Presentation of the main research material with full justification of scientific results;
- The conclusions of this study and the prospects for further research in this direction.

9. When writing an article, preferably adhere to the framework adopted in the world

- Name;
- Abstract;
- Keywords;
- JEL-codes;
- Introduction;
- Materials and methods;
- Results (classification);
- Discussion and conclusions;
- A reference to the source of funding (if any);
- Bibliography.

Article shall not contain attachments (permitted in exceptional cases in an amount not exceeding one page parameters, similar to the main text of the article).

It is recommended to minimize or eliminate the use of paging and endnotes and footnotes.

10. Title should be brief, but informative, should not contain abbreviations. Title of the article should be indicated in Kazakh, Russian and English languages.

11. In the manuscript must attend UDC that has left over the title.

12. Title of article (in three languages​​, bold, font size 16 points) is separated from the data about the authors by one blank line.
13. Abstract (80-100 words), 5-7 key words and phrases and 3-4 JEL-code are given after the article title in Kazakh, Russian and English languages​​, starting with the language of the written article. Annotations like structure built structure articles (brief justification of problems, materials and methods, results and discussion).

14. The text of article of not less than 8 pages, or at least 28,000 characters (including spaces and footnotes) should be presented in Kazakh, Russian and English languages in two copies on paper and signed by the author (for students are also required signature of the Head of Department or head of the organization and the supervisor / scientific advisor), and in electronic form (documents in formats doc, docx or rtf) with the following parameters:

 - Font Arial, font size of the main text - 11 pt, drawings, diagrams - 10 pt, line spacing - single;

 - Left field - 2 cm, right - 2 cm, top and bottom margins - 3.5 cm;

- The text is printed on only one side of the sheet, the page shall be numbered consecutively (number given in the lower right corner of the page);

- Table footnotes are located under the table footnotes (asterisk) in the text placed at the bottom of the relevant page;

 - References to articles in Kazakh and Russian languages in square brackets in the text articles, with the number of source for bibliographic list of articles and pages or normative act, which the author refers (eg [1, p. 15]);

- References to articles in English are made in accordance with the Chicago Manual of Style;

- Unacceptable references as footnotes at the bottom of the page.

15. The article should contain a bibliography. Each source from the list must be cited in the text. in obligatory way Lack of bibliography can cause denial of registration article.

Bibliography is provided at the end of the article is included in the total number of pages of paper/article and issued at least mention sources. List size - no more than the volume of articles 1/10-1/8. In articles written in Kazakh or Russian language, references must have a standard subtitle «Әдебиеттер тізімі» / «Список литературы» and is made in accordance with GOST 7.1:2006 (including if the list includes English-language sources). Articles in English bibliography accompanied subtitled «References» and executed in accordance with the Chicago Manual of Style.

16. Quality illustrations should not be below 300 dpi. All drawings, diagrams, tables and other illustrative material placed inside a text file. Signature axes, diagrams and other segments text elements illustrations are issued only with the font Arial. If you use other fonts illustration will not be published.

17. Contents submit papers, all digital data and materials should be scrutinized by the authors.

18. Text must match the stylistic, spelling and syntax rules of the relevant language (Kazakh, Russian and English). Poor quality of the text may be grounds for rejection of an article from publication.

19. Information about the author (s) are placed in a separate file with a standard name «author_xxxxxxxx», where xxxxxxxx - the first eight letters of the surname of the author (co-author of the first) in Latin transliteration.

Violation of this requirement complicates the process of coding and delays reviewing, due to which articles in which information about the author are not separated from the main text, may be rejected (sent for revision) at the registration stage.

Personal data of the author should be comma-separated, placing them before the title of the article in the following sequence: the initials of the name and patronymic, surname, academic / academic degree, academic rank, position, place of work (full decal officially adopted the name of the organization and institutions) for foreign authors also indicated the country.

Information about the authors should be presented in three languages (English, Kazakh and Russian) and in italics, full name - Bold. Blocks of information about each of the co-authors, separated by a semicolon.

The printed file with personal information is to be attached on a separate sheet and is not stapled to the paper version of the article. Shall not be admissible articles, which are not accompanied by information about the author in accordance with the above requirements, as well as articles in which information about the author is listed, along with the main text (and thus make it difficult to "blind" review).

20. Mismatch presented material to all of the above formal requirements may cause its rejection at the registration stage.

21. Decision to publish the article is to be approved by the editorial board. The text of the article may be subject to editorial correction or reduction without the consent of the author.
